Switching your clients has never been easier with Quick Quote

Depending on your clients’ medical history and their answers to our lifestyle questions, we could beat their renewal premium when they switch to Vitality. Terms and conditions apply.

If your clients have been insured for 12 consecutive months with the same insurer on the product, benefits and underwriting type they are switching from - we’ll match their existing cover as closely as possible with VitalityHealth. The switch offer excludes health cash plans, diagnostics only plans, non-PMI modules, months free offers and negotiated new business discounts with their current insurer.

How switching works

Terms and conditions apply.

Prepare a quote in Quick Quote

First, you can prepare a quote through Quick Quote by inputting your client's existing product name, benefit options, hospital list and excess. You will then be asked:

In the last 3 years, has your client or any other person to be insured:

  • Experienced symptoms;
  • Received any advice from a healthcare professional1;
  • Received treatment or have treatment2 planned or expected3;

for any physical, mental health or psychiatric or behavioural problems.

Establish their discount

If your client can answer 'No' to this question, they will be offered an initial 10% discount on their initial renewal or adjusted renewal premium.

Your client's discount may increase further depending on their answers to a set of short lifestyle questions.

On occasion some quotes will have to be referred to underwriting to establish eligibility and discount.

Generate their quote

Once the discount has been established you will be asked to input the renewal premium. At this stage your clients' quote will be generated, you can then choose to change cover options if required.

Once the quote has been agreed with your client, cover can be applied for via Quick Quote.
