Clinically Speaking: How we support clients waiting for COVID-delayed hospital treatment

Claire O’Neill, Head of Clinician Management, talks about how Vitality is supporting your clients who have had their hospital treatment postponed due to COVID-19.
Claire is responsible at Vitality for managing quality, value, and relationships with consultants and other clinicians. She is also a registered nurse, who has held a number of NHS nursing posts including roles in A&E, before going on to specialise in intensive care caring for patients in induced comas on ventilators and renal dialysis. Claire has qualifications in Psychology (BSc), as well as critical care and mentorship (MSc).
