Get daily valuations for our investment products

We know obtaining and consolidating valuations for client portfolios can be a time consuming task. But through back office systems you can see your client’s investment portfolio in one place, giving you more time to spend with your clients.

We offer bulk valuation services with Intelligent Office (iO), Xplan (provided by Iress) and Dynamic Planner, enabling you to receive daily valuations for plans invested with us.

How to register your firm:

Step 1: 

You can register for a daily bulk valuation feed by calling us on 0333 996 0400*. Lines open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. 

There’s no further information required for Xplan (provided by Iress). For IO and Dynamic Planner, as well as having authorisation from your firm principal, you will need to confirm:

For iO:

  • The iO Tenant ID for your firm - this is a numerical number with a maximum of 5 digits that’s included in your iO Store username. You can find this in the top right hand corner of iO when you’re logged in.
  • Whether you would like to have the ISIN or SEDOL asset code included alongside your fund valuation.

For Dynamic Planner:

  • The FCA number of your firm.

If you get in touch with us before 4:00pm, we’ll process your request on the same day. Alternatively, if you email us at investcustomerservices@vitality.co.ukwe will call you to register your firm.

Step 2 (for iO only):

If you're using iO, once you've registered with us you'll need to install the VitalityInvest Bulk Valuations app from the iO Store. If you need help with the installation process, log in to iO, open the Community found in the Help & Training drop-down menu and search "iO Store".

*Calls to ‘03’ numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number, whether from a mobile or landline. If you get inclusive ‘free’ calls to local rate numbers with your landline or mobile tariff, calls to a ‘03' number will be included.
