General and administration

Yes, through our state-of-the-art adviser hub you can create illustrations and apply online, as well as carry out ongoing management including top up, switch, re-balance and upload documents.
Yes, when they log into Member Zone, they can see their plan details and a full breakdown of its value. You can also set up permissions to allow them to carry out other actions such as adding top ups or switching funds online too.
Complete the agency assessment and application form and email it to agencyapplications@vitality.co.uk.
If you don't have an account, register here. If you're already have an account through VitalityLife, you can use the same login details for Invest to log into the Adviser Hub but will only see the Invest related section depending on your permissions.
