We might change Vitality Optimiser in the future
We might change the way we award points, the way your client’s status works or the cost of Vitality Optimiser. We may also change our rewards; taking some away, adding new ones or improving the ones we have. So, your client shouldn’t buy this product just because they are interested in a particular rewards partner.
If we do need to change something, we’ll always let your client know and we’ll always give them at least six weeks’ notice.
