We understand the value and importance of advice and, in line with our commitment to our advisers and recent guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority, we firmly believe that it is our responsibility to support you fully. Our innovative proposition is very different from traditional health insurance, covering a much broader range of needs and providing richer benefits through the lifetime of a plan, not just at the point of a claim. We want to work in partnership, helping you to understand and articulate the value that VitalityHealth offers to your clients.

How the Vitality Academy works

The Vitality Academy, a programme of learning and development, is specifically designed to assure and maintain a foundation level of knowledge. It then supports progress to advanced levels with content designed to help you sell our unique product effectively to your clients, all whilst earning CPD points.

Once all the Registered Individuals in a firm have achieved advanced accreditation, this will give you and your firm Prestige status for the remainder of the Vitality Academy year, unlocking access to further support from VitalityHealth for your firm.
