We’ll work in a way that suits you. We’ll help you deliver your clients a service tailored to their specific needs, and we’ll actively manage your most important cases, helping you drive them through to completion.
Dedicated case management
You’ll have direct access to our team of high net worth Case Managers. They’ll take care of all of your enquiries from pre-sales to servicing. With updates as and when developments occur, you’ll always know the status of your cases.
Direct access to our team of in-house experts
Should you need them, your Business Consultant can put you in direct contact with our Financial Underwriting and Technical experts. They’ll guide you through any questions you might have and make sure that your cases are handled quickly, fairly and carefully. They can even meet you face-to-face to talk through your more complex cases.
Enhanced medical service experience
We’ve partnered with one of the UKs leading medical providers, Doctors Chambers, to fulfil your clients’ medical requirements. With doctors and private surgeries located throughout the UK, your clients’ medicals can be arranged at a time and location of their choice. It means you can be confident that your clients will always receive a quick and convenient service.
- Medicals booked within 24 hours
- All medicals completed within seven days, or sooner if required
- 24 to 48 hour decision on all medical requirements
If your client would prefer to use their own GP, they can. When time is of the essence for your client, we’ll send a doctor to them to complete their medical; whether at their home or at their office, including ECGs. However your clients choose to complete their medical, we can even arrange their transport requirements.
Your priority cases are our priority
We’ll make first contact on the same day of the application if it’s received before 12pm. If we receive it after 12pm we’ll contact you by 2pm the next day.
As soon as our team makes a decision we’ll contact you immediately and confirm terms the same day. If we need you to take any further action we’ll be ready to discuss the alternative options and next steps.
We’ll ensure your clients' policies are always treated as our priority - whether they’re making changes to their plan or making a claim - and we’ll keep you informed at every stage.
