When your clients earn 12 activity points in a week, we'll reward them with a handcrafted Caffè Nero drink, or a delicious innocent smoothie. Plus, they'll get 25% off any food purchases and products from the Coffee at Home range too.
How does it work?
Step 1.
Your client buys an eligible health insurance or life insurance plan.
Step 2.
They track their activity. This will then earn them Vitality activity points.
Step 3.
Once they’ve earned 12 activity points in a week, they can claim their drink of choice at any Caffè Nero store. They’ll get 25% off food and Coffee at Home purchases, too.

Can my client get a weekly drink if they don't have an eligible plan?
If your client is not eligible for a weekly drink, they might be eligible for 50% off one.
They can get 50% off once a week with the following plans, once they've earned 12 activity points:
- Any life insurance plan with Vitality Select
- Vitality at Work Business and Vitality at Work Enterprise plans
- Any corporate healthcare plan or trust scheme administered by VitalityHealth with Vitality Select benefits.
They can get 50% off once a week with the following plans, once they've earned 12 activity points:
- Any life insurance plan with Vitality Select
- Vitality at Work Business and Vitality at Work Enterprise plans

Do other members on their plan have access to this benefit?
Yes. However, the principal member on the plan will need to complete their Health Review first - then other members on the plan can access the benefit once they’ve completed their Health Review.
