How does my client get my discounted running shoes?

Your client can visit any Runners Need store and take along their Vitality membership number plus one other form of ID (like a credit or debit card).

Alternatively, your client can access the Runners Need website via Member Zone. They'll be asked to enter their Vitality membership details before they start shopping.

Can my client get a discount on any other items they purchase from Runners Need?

Yes, your clients can get 15% off on selected full priced items, excluding electronics, there’s no limit to how often they can use this discount. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale items; which includes not being able to use it in conjunction with the up to 50% Vitality discount on a pair of sports shoes that members already receive.

The discount can only be used on Runners Need items and not at Snow and Rock or related stores.

If my client doesn't buy discounted sports shoes this plan year, can they buy two pairs next plan year?

No, any unused discount will not be carried over to their next plan year.

What happens if my client buys more than one pair of sports shoes at the same time?

If they purchase more than one pair of sports shoes for themselves, the discount will automatically be applied to the more expensive pair.
