Quick Quote is a dedicated broker tool so you can obtain fast quotes for your Personal Healthcare clients. You can process online applications for all underwriting types including switch and Full Medical Underwriting where further medical information is required.

- Store your favourite combination of benefits (called bundles) to obtain prices for every customer quoted
- Request a quotation in less than 15 seconds
- Use the integrated partner and hospital finder, including a built in map
- View the savings your clients can make with Vitality's health and reward partners with the integrated savings calculator
- Edit or copy existing quotations, all saved to be retrieved later
- Send quotations directly to your client’s inbox with a copy to you in seconds
- All quotations contain your full contact details automatically attached
- “Request call back” feature so clients can easily tell you when they are ready to proceed
Apply features
Once your customer is ready to proceed, you can easily turn a quotation into an application using the Apply functionality. This simple process includes:
- Applying for all underwriting types
- Bespoke customer facing medical questionnaire generated where we need further medical information
- Initiative rules engine which seeks to ensure we collect all the medical information required first time, so an underwriting decision can be quickly reached
- Existing medical certificates can be uploaded with the application
- Full summary of the quotation and application generated at point of submission in PDF format
- Status updates available in “your applications” tab so you are always up to date with processing of your cases
