To take more control of their plan, your clients can select which panel or hospital option they would like.
Your clients can choose our Consultant Select panel option which provides them with a choice of appropriate consultants from our network. Alternatively, they can select a hospital list for more choice over where their treatment takes place.
Consultant Select
Consultant Select provides your clients with a choice of appropriate consultants, using our full network, giving them access to quick and convenient appointments.
As well as location and required specialism, the consultants will be chosen based on their treatment outcomes, clinical practice and treatment efficiency.
We prioritise Premier Consultants, who are shown to deliver superior performance. By using Consultant Select, your clients benefit from a fast, seamless journey, with the option to request care through Care Hub or the Member Care team.
Vitality GP
As part of our Core Cover, your clients get access to Vitality GP offering video consultations within 48 hours (subject to opening times), a 24/7 health advice line, direct referrals to a consultant if needed, written prescriptions and more.
Hospital Finder
Your clients can choose the consultant that treats them, and the hospital they wish to be treated in, as long as they are recognised by us.
By adding our Countrywide or London Care lists of leading UK hospitals to their plan, your client gets as much control and flexibility as they need.
Tailor the plan further
As well as selecting a panel or hospital option, your clients can tailor their plan further by choosing a level of excess and which type of underwriting suits their needs.
Cover options
Clients can also tailor their plans by adding additional Cover Options, such as Out-patient Cover, Therapies Cover Mental Health Cover and more.
