Get cashback on a Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread.

As an alternative to our gym benefit, your clients can earn cashback on Peloton Hardware when they stay active with Vitality.

They can earn up to £630 on a Peloton Bike or Bike+, or up to £1,026 on a Peloton Tread over three years. All they need to do is get active to earn cashback.

Your clients can earn cashback if they have:

  • A VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan
  • A VitalityHealth Business Healthcare plan, excluding members with Vitality at Work or Vitality Essentials
  • A VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare plan or Healthcare Trust with Vitality Plus benefits
  • A VitalityLife insurance plan with Vitality Plus.
A Peloton All-access Membership is required, which costs £39 a month. Minimum monthly premium and terms and conditions apply.

How do my clients earn cashback?

Your clients will need to achieve at least 10 Peloton Active Days a month, and they can start earning cashback.

Your clients cashback will be paid over 36 months.

  • Set up

    Your client’s Peloton cashback payments will be paid into the bank account which they have added to Member Zone, under ‘My account’. Therefore, they will either need to add, or check their bank details to ensure that they are correct.

  • Order and pay

    They will then need to choose their hardware (Bike, Bike+ or Tread) and order via Member Zone. When doing this, they will also need to order and pay for an All-Access Membership with Peloton, which is £39 per month.

  • Get active with Vitality

    They will then need to link their Peloton account to their Vitality account. To earn activity points, they’ll need to complete a workout on their Peloton hardware.

Cashback is paid over 36 months, so make sure they take a minute to check the terms and conditions.

Frequently asked questions.

Are my clients eligible for a Peloton Bike, Bike + or Tread?

VitalityHealth members and VitalityLife members with Vitality Plus are eligible for the Peloton cashback benefit.

If your clients have a qualifying plan, they can choose between:
  • One discounted gym membership at either Nuffield Health, PureGym or Virgin Active, or
  • a Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread to earn cashback.

If my clients have already got Peloton hardware, can they order another one through Vitality?

Yes. They can order another Peloton Bike, Bike + or Tread through Vitality. However, they will only earn cashback from Vitality on the one they purchased through this reward.

If my clients have already got Peloton hardware, can they earn activity points?

Yes. They’ll need to link their Peloton membership to Vitality to start earning activity points. To find out how, please read our how to link your Peloton account guide. Cashback is not available on hardware bought outside of this Vitality reward.

If my client cancels their All-Access Membership, can they still earn activity points?

No. Your clients must have an active membership to earn Vitality activity points.

Do my clients get cashback on their All-Access Membership?

No. Your clients will only earn cashback against the purchase of the Peloton Bike, Bike+ or Tread. To start earning cashback they’ll need to achieve at least ten Active Days a month.

Can my clients earn Vitality points using their Bike, Bike + or Tread equipment?

Yes. Their workout must be at least 20 minutes. They won’t be able to earn points for multiple shorter workouts. For example, they won’t get points for two 15-minute workouts on the same day. For every 20-minute workout that they complete with Peloton, they’ll get a maximum of 5 Vitality activity points per day. If your clients also track their heart rate with an activity tracker, they could earn 8 activity points per day. Find out more on the How to earn more points page. Heart rate points will display sooner on their points statement. Vitality points will not be awarded for walking, stretching, meditating.
