We've partnered with Bluecrest - the largest national health assessment network in the UK - to give your clients peace of mind.
Bluecrest offer a range of comprehensive, full-body health assessments that look at:
- Heart, liver and kidney health
- Stroke and cancer risk
- Other general health indicators, such as cholesterol, diabetes, protein levels and more
Eligible clients can get 100% off an Advanced Bluecrest health assessment when they match our qualifying criteria.
All other clients can get 50% off any of the three Bluecrest assessments as standard.
Qualifying criteria for health assessments

100% off an Advanced Bluecrest health assessment
Your client will need one of the following plans:
- Personal health insurance plan
- Business health insurance plan
- Corporate health insurance plan or trust scheme
- Vitality at Work plan
- Life insurance plan
They also need to fulfil the following criteria:
- Aged 40 or over
- A gap of 5 or more years between their Vitality Age and their actual age
50% off any Bluecrest health assessment
Including Active, Core or Advanced health assessments
Your client will need one of the following plans:
- Personal health insurance plan
- Business health insurance plan
- Corporate health insurance plan or trust scheme
- Vitality at Work plan
- Life insurance plan
Each eligible adult member is allowed one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months.
If your client has multiple plans with Vitality, they are only allowed to book one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months.
Members with a Vitality Essentials plan are not eligible for Bluecrest Health Assessments.
A closer look at how the discounts work
This table shows what your clients could pay for their health assessment
Members aged 40 or over with a Vitality Age gap of more than 5 years automatically qualify for 100% off an Advanced health assessment.
All other members can get 50% off Active, Core or Advanced health assessments.
Members aged 40 or above can undertake one FIT (bowel cancer screening) once every two years. They won't be able to take a further FIT test until two years have passed since their last test.

No matter their health, or their age - your clients can get a discounted insight into their health. Plus, these savings can help to offset the cost of your client's plan.
This saving example is based on a member booking an Advanced Bluecrest Health Assessment with the standard 50% discount. Price correct as of March 2024.

Each adult member is allowed one discounted health assessment each plan year.
Members aged 40 and over, with a Vitality Age Gap of five or more years are eligible for an Advanced health assessment at no cost to them. All other adult members on a plan can choose any of three Bluecrest health assessments at a discount of 50%.
If your client is pregnant, or up to 3 months post-partum, Bluecrest will not accept them for a health assessment.
