To make it easier and cheaper for your client to enjoy peace of mind, we partnered with Bluecrest - the largest national health assessment network in the UK, with more than 1,700 locations.
Bluecrest assessments offer a great-value, comprehensive, full body MOT. It covers their heart, liver and kidney health, stroke risk and other general health indicators (including cholesterol, diabetes, protein and more). All assessments are with an experienced clinician in a private consulting room. They also include the added benefit of 24/7 access to a GP helpline for an entire year afterwards.
Qualifying health and life members will get up to 100% off an annual in-person health assessment with Bluecrest, depending on their age and online health review results*. Every member will get 50% off as standard. Terms and conditions apply.
*Members aged 40 or over, with a Vitality Age Gap of five or more years are eligible for an Advanced health assessment at no cost to them. All other adult members on a plan can choose any of three Bluecrest health assessments at a discount of 50%.
Once your client has joined Vitality on an eligible plan, they'll be able to book a Bluecrest Health Assessment through the Vitality Member Zone.

What tests do the Bluecrest Health Assessments cover?
Bluecrest's Active assessmentWith the Active assessment, your clients will receive over 50 key readings covering heart, liver, kidneys, stroke risk, blood clots right the way through to iron, calcium, cholesterol and glucose level - highlighting any risk areas before they become problematic. On top of the blood tests and body composition analysis, your clients will also receive an ECG check for atrial fibrillation.
Bluecrest's Core assessmentThe Core assessment also provides your clients with a more detailed overview of their heart health and stroke risk, with the addition of a lung function check for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and a haematology profile (full blood count). People with COPD are at a higher risk of developing lung cancer, but a lung function test can help detect COPD before any symptoms become apparent. The haematology profile gives a greater insight into common blood disorders including anaemia, haemophilia, blood clots and blood cancers like leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.

Your client must be 18 years or older.
If your client is pregnant, or up to 3 months post-partum, Bluecrest will not accept them for a health assessment.
Each eligible member is allowed one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months.
If your client has multiple plans with Vitality, they are only allowed to book one discounted Bluecrest Health Assessment every 12 months.
Members with Vitality at Work are eligible for a Bluecrest Health Assessment.
Members with a Vitality Essentials plan are not eligible for a Bluecrest health Assessment.
