Making the most of our VitalityLife Adviser Hub.

In November 2019, we launched our new Adviser Hub so you can do business with us online, easier than ever before. Your new VitalityLife Adviser Hub is built on the latest technology, allowing you to quote and apply seamlessly, with an enhanced user journey. We’ve concentrated on building you a client-centric view of your business, so you can see everything all in one place.

All of our products are available in the new Adviser Hub, including our Later Life Options, Serious Illness Cover for Business and the ability to add Wellness Optimiser to our Relevant Life Plan.

Looking for your existing applications? They are all available in the previous version of the Hub which you can toggle over to from the new Adviser Hub.

New and improved eAMRA functionality.

We’ve introduced the functionality to enable us to request a client’s GP report at submission stage of their application. This means we do not require the completion of the paper AMRA - resulting in a quicker application process.

Please note that your client will be provided with the option to select the eAMRA functionality. If they select the eAMRA functionality, they will also have the option to review the GP reports before their GP report is released to VitalityLife.

Introducing the ability to toggle to a light version of the VitalityLife Adviser Hub.

We've listened to your feedback over the last few months and we're pleased to have introduced new functionality which will allow you to toggle between the Dark Mode and Light Mode of the Adviser Hub. This gives you added flexibility to tailor the Adviser Hub, improving your experience when you're working with us.
