Video consultations with a Vitality GP within 48 hours and up to two Face-to-Face GP consultations for only £20 per consultation.
Mental Health Support
Access to Headspace, Togetherall and up to eight sessions of counselling or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Talking Therapies.
Physiotherapy
Up to six sessions of physiotherapy within our Priority Physio network.
Menopause support
To help ease the transition through menopause, we created Vitality Menopause Support, a service dedicated to menopause support and care in partnership with leading digital health platform, Peppy.
Hospital care and surgery
Cover for a range of hospital fees, consultant fees and diagnostic tests. Employers can choose to have this covered in full or to set a limit, up to £250,000 in increments of £1,000.
Consultant Select
The simple, fully digital way to get a referral to the right high-performing consultant for your client’s needs.
When providing a choice of consultants, our selection prioritises Premier Consultants who are shown to deliver, on average, superior performance across key measures. These include length of stay, re-admission rate and the need for patients to change consultants.
Members can choose a consultant either online, through the Care Hub, or by speaking to our member care team, making the process of finding the right consultant simple and stress-free.
Care Hub
Fast, seamless access to care and healthcare professionals, all in one place.
We’ve added features to Care Hub to give your clients and their employees a fully digital healthcare journey. When they need onward care, they can request it online through Care Hub and in most cases receive an instant authorisation decision.
Once their claim has been approved and they need to see a specialist, they can use Consultant Finder to find, compare and book an appropriate consultant.
