Vitality GP offers your clients virtual GP consultations within 48 hours with benefits such as written prescriptions, self-referral into physiotherapy, Talking Therapy services and a skin analytics service.

A key benefit of Vitality GP is its integration with onward care. Your clients can be referred quickly and conveniently to the most appropriate and high quality specialist through our Consultant Select pathway. They will also have access to a minimum of two face-to-face GP consultations in Greater London per plan year, for only £20 per consultation.

Unlike some of our competitors, we promise to pay for recognised consultants’ and anaesthetists’ fees in full for in-patient and day-patient treatment. 

This means that your clients will not be faced with a shortfall – provided the treatment is covered.

Our renewal prices are based on our ABC pricing model which is fair, intuitive and transparent. We use your clients Age, Base rate increase, Claims history and engagement with the Vitality Programme to calculate their renewal premium.

Building your plan

All our plans start with Core Cover, which has a variety of benefits.

Included in a member’s Core Cover:

Integrated Primary Care – Vitality GP, Face-to-Face GP and additional services, easily facilitated through the Vitality GP app.

Out-patient surgical procedures – Vitality pays for  eligible surgical procedures where members are treated as an out-patient.

Mental Health support – Vitality provides holistic support, regardless of your clients state of health, engaging in positive, preventative health behaviours. 

In-patient and day-patient treatment – Vitality covers eligible hospital, consultant and diagnostic tests. 

Advanced Cancer Cover – Providing members with comprehensive treatment and support when they need it. 

Additional benefits - Including private ambulance, parent accommodation and home nursing.

Out-patient Cover – Covers out-patient consultations and consultant fees when needed as part of your clients treatment. Out-patient diagnostics include physiotherapy, MRI, CT & PET scans, blood tests, x-rays, radiology and pathology when referred by a consultant.

Vitality's physiotherapy network includes over 7,000 accredited clinics across the UK. Treatment is covered in full within our network and capped per session if member's visit a physiotherapist outside our network.

 

Mental Health Cover – Mental Health Cover provides your client with more comprehensive treatment when required. 

Therapies Cover – Full cover for chiropractic treatment; osteopathy; chiropody/podiatry; acupuncture; homeopathy; and two consultations with a dietician following a GP or consultant referral.

Dental Cover – Vitality’s Dental Cover makes it easier and more affordable for members to look after their teeth. We offer two levels of dental cover – depending on how much your client wants to spend and how much cover they want. Whichever they pick, they’re free to choose their own dentist.

Worldwide Travel Cover - Our Worldwide Travel Cover includes up to £10 million emergency medical expenses overseas, as well as lost luggage, delayed flights and more.

Our Business Healthcare plan also offers the ability to add an Employee Assistance Programme, Emergency Overseas Medical Expenses and a Personal Health Fund for additional expenses not normally covered by Private Health Insurance.

Your clients can tailor their plan further, by choosing a hospital list, a level of excess and choosing which type of underwriting suits their needs.

We don’t just protect members when things go wrong but reward members for being healthy too.

With all Personal Healthcare plans, your client will get access to the Vitality Programme.
