Withings Body+ & Body Cardio

Frequently asked questions

How does my client buy a discounted device?

Your client can buy a discounted Withings device on the Withings Vitality store which they can access via the Member Zone at vitality.co.uk/member.

How does my client earn Vitality points using their Withings device?

Your client can earn Vitality points when they use their Withings device to track their steps. We can’t currently award points for heart rate monitoring.

How does my client link their device to Vitality?

All of the eligible Withings devices come with everything your client needs to set up a Withings Health Mate account, which they can then link to Vitality on the Activity Tracking page on the Member Zone. Once they’ve done this they’ll start earning points for tracking their activity.

Is there a limit to the number of Vitality points my client can earn each day for tracking their activity?

Yes. Your client can earn a maximum of 8 Vitality activity points a day and a maximum of 40 Vitality activity points a week.

Important information

*Withings is included on all VitalityHealth, VitalityLife and Vitality at Work plans.

Your client can purchase one discounted Withings activity tracker for each adult member covered on the plan.

The discount is only available on devices bought from the Withings Vitality Store.

The discount doesn’t apply to the limited edition models or accessories.

The discount doesn’t apply to any other Withings wellness devices.

We only award Vitality activity points for steps tracked with Withings devices. We can’t currently award points for heart rate monitoring.

A charge for postage and packing will apply.

Only Vitality members are eligible for a discounted device. In no circumstances can they be sold or gifted to third parties. Your client should upload their device data regularly to make sure they get their Vitality points in time to earn Active Rewards if their plan is eligible.
