Your client can only use one discount at any time, so they won't be able to use their Vitality discount alongside any other Gymshark discount code. And their discount can only be applied to one transaction.

A minimum and maximum spend will apply.

The Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these Terms and Conditions.
For the purpose of these terms and conditions;

Active means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality
Eligible Member means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plan (either as a principal member or as a dependant) who is a resident of the United Kingdom.
Eligible Purchase(s) means any purchases made by an Eligible Member on Gymshark products via the Gymshark Platforms. To be an Eligible Purchase, the Eligible Member’s purchase must have a minimum value of £50 (inclusive of VAT) and is capped at a total value of £500 (inclusive of VAT).
Discount (s) means a discount in the form of a code, which subject to meeting the eligibility requirements at clause 3 below, Eligible Members will be able to select in the Vitality UK App and apply towards Eligible Purchases.
Gymshark Platforms means collectively, the Gymshark website available at https://uk.gymshark.com and/or the Gymshark app available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices;
Plan Year means normally, the initial twelve month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve month period thereafter. Where there is a change in planholder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is insured under;
VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance product administered and arranged by Vitality with Vitality Plus or Vitality Select;
VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust for the provision of private medical insurance administered and arranged by Vitality with Vitality Plus or Vitality Select;
“Vitality at Work Plan” means a non-insurance product administered by Vitality which grants the member access to the Vitality Programme;
“Vitality Programme” means the system established in connection with Vitality Plans which enables members to manage, and improve-upon, their own health and wellbeing;
Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited and is registered in England and Wales with company number 05933141. The registered office address is 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ, trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
Vitality UK App means the member app which is available on ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme;
Vitality Plan means a VitalityLife Plan, Vitality at Work Plan or a VitalityHealth Plan each a ‘Vitality Plan’ and together ‘Vitality Plans’;
Vitality Plus means a benefit called “Vitality Plus” which is included on all personal and business VitalityHealth Plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth Plans and VitalityLife Plans for an additional fee; and
Vitality Select means the benefit called “Vitality Select”;
Gymshark means Gymshark Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with the registered number 08130873 and registered office G.S.H.Q. Blythe Valley Park, 3 Central Boulevard, Solihull, United Kingdom, B90 8AB;
Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their vouchers and rewards once selected (including, but not limited to, the Discount);

During each Plan Year, each Eligible Member will be entitled to receive the Discount once every 90 days during each Plan Year. Eligible Members may use the Discount towards any Eligible Purchase on Gymshark Platforms.
Any Discounts which an Eligible Member is entitled to will be available for selection in the Vitality UK App and will be stored in their Voucher Wallet for 90 days from the date of selection. At the end of this 90 day period, the Discount will no longer be displayed in the Voucher Wallet.
Any Gymshark products available for sale on the Gymshark Platforms can be purchase with the Discount, irrespective of whether such products are for sale at their usual retail price or are advertised already as ‘discounted’ or ‘on sale’, subject to the overall transaction being an Eligible Purchase.
The Discount will be applied to the total cost of the Eligible Purchase at checkout, including VAT. Delivery fees on standard delivery will not apply.
The Discounts will be subject to the following restrictions:

Eligible Members are not entitled to use the same Discount on more than one occasion or on multiple transactions.
Eligible Members will only be entitled to apply one Discount on one transaction every 90 days.
Only one Discount may be applied to a transaction at any given time. This means that Eligible Members may not use the Discount in conjunction with any other discount code which an Eligible Member has access to, on the same transaction.
Gymshark may restrict usage of the Discounts at any time for a period of 24 hours, beginning at 12:00 am on a given day and ending at 11:59 on that same day. Where possible, Vitality will provide advance notice of such pauses.
The Discounts may only be utilised by Eligible Members and are for personal use and may not be (or attempted to be) re-sold or re-gifted to any other individual. Where an Eligible Member is covered under more than one Vitality Plan, all adult members on such Vitality Plan will be eligible for the Discount.
Any unused Discounts which have been selected in one Plan Year will not carry over to the next Plan Year. Where an Eligible Member has not exhausted their entitlement to the Discounts in a Plan Year, any unselected Discounts will not carry over into the next Plan Year.
The Discounts are subject to Gymshark’s own terms and conditions and Vitality will not be responsible for any actions, representations, omissions or defaults by Gymshark in relation to the Discounts.

The Discount is only available for Eligible Members. Any re-sale or distribution of any items purchased using the Discounts by an Eligible Member to other persons is a breach of these terms and conditions. Vitality reserves the right to take action consistent with our legal rights against any Eligible Member in the event of any suspected breach of this clause 8 (or any of these terms and conditions) or suspected dishonest or fraudulent behaviour by an Eligible Member.
Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Benefit are final, will not be open to any dispute and no correspondence will be entered into.
Vitality accepts no responsibility in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to redeem their Discount(s) or is otherwise unable to take up this Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control including but not limited to any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind
Vitality is not liable to any person in any way in relation to this Benefit, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Insofar as permitted by law, Vitality and its agents will not, under any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate any Eligible Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of an Eligible Member’s use of the Discount pursuant to these terms and conditions. The statutory rights of Eligible Members are not affected.
Subject to clause 14 below, the Discounts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Discounts with another discount(s) of a similar value.
Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Discount to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website.
All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Benefit as the promoter.
This Benefit and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and Eligible Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
