How does it work?

1. Sign up to Mindful Chef.
Your clients will then need to link their Mindful Chef and Vitality accounts in Member Zone.
2. Stay active.
Your clients will need to earn 12 activity points every week in the Vitality Member app to receive their discount on Mindful Chef.
3. Get rewarded.
They’ll then get their discount automatically on their Mindful Chef account every Thursday. A £45 minimum spend is needed for the discount to apply.

Frequently asked questions

Do Mindful Chef deliver to all addresses?

Mindful Chef deliver to mainland Great Britain and Jersey and Guernsey. Deliveries to Jersey and Guernsey take place on Wednesday or Friday. There are currently no deliveries to other UK islands or Northern Ireland. For further information please email hello@mindfulchef.com.

Is there anything that isn’t included in the discount?

Your clients can choose anything from Mindful Chef to use their reward on. The Ready to Go range includes smoothies, soups, and healthy frozen ready meals. Your clients will need to make sure they spend at least £45 on their order to get their discount.

When will my client’s order be delivered?

Your client can choose their delivery date on the calendar in their Mindful Chef account. For any questions or problems, they should contact hello@mindfulchef.com.

Is there a delivery charge?

There will be a small delivery charge applied. The charge will be made clear and will be added to your clients’ total at the checkout. Find out more here.

Does the discount apply to delivery charges?

No, the discount does not apply to any delivery charges.

What happens if my client doesn’t use their discount?

Your client has got seven days to use their discount each week. If they don't use it, we're sorry but they won't be able to carry it over.

How do my clients link their Mindful Chef account to Vitality?

When your client signs up through Member Zone, they’ll either link their existing Mindful Chef account or create a new one. Once your client has signed up to Mindful Chef, they can follow the steps in Member Zone to link their account.

How do my clients know if they’re going to get their discount that week?

Your clients will receive their weekly discount if they achieve 12 activity points in a week. Their discount will be available to use the following Thursday. Mindful Chef will email them to let them know that their discount is available to use.

Can my client cancel their order?

Your client can cancel their order using the delivery calendar in their Mindful Chef account. This must be done by midnight four days before their delivery day.

My client’s discount is not working, what should they do?

Your client should check their order value is more than £45. 

If they continue to have problems, they can email hello@mindfulchef.com.
