What can my clients use their discount on?
Your clients can use their discount on selected Specialized bikes. Once they visit Member Zone and click the “Get started” button, they will be taken to the bikes available. Your clients are not able to use their discount on S-Works, Tarmac, Roubaix, Shiv, Status, Stumpjumper EVO, Turbo Levo (Carbon) or Turbo Tero bikes.
My client has lost their discount code, what do they do?
Your client will be emailed with their discount code to use within six months, so they should firstly check their inbox. The code will also remain available in Member Zone if they repeat the steps in the how it works section above. Their code will be available to use for six months. If your client’s plan renews within those six months, and they have not yet used their discount code, then the code will be carried over into their next plan year.
Do Specialized deliver to all addresses?
Specialized currently deliver to mainland Great Britain,
Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. Currently they’re unable to deliver to
the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
My client’s Vitality status is Bronze, do they qualify for the discount?
No. Only members who are on Silver status and above can get the Specialized discount. If your client is on Bronze status, they’ll need to boost their status to Silver to qualify. They can check their Vitality status in Member Zone, to find out how many points they need to quality for the discount.
My client’s bike hasn’t been delivered, what do they do?
Can my clients use their discount code more than once?
My client has more than one plan with Vitality (e.g. a VitalityHealth and VitalityLife plan), can they get discounts on both plans?
If my client returns their bike, can they get a new discount code?
To be eligible for this discount, your clients must be covered on a VitalityHealth, Vitality at Work, or VitalityLife plan; or be a beneficiary under a trust scheme administered by VitalityHealth. Members on a Vitality Essentials plan won’t be able to access this discount.
Your clients can only use their discount code on a new bike or Turbo e-Bike once every 12 months. However, they’ll be able to get 15% off selected accessories all year round.
The discount can only be used on full-priced items and is only available to use online, not in store.
The discount excludes the following:
- Any sale items
- S-Works range, Tarmac, Roubaix, Shiv, Status, Stumpjumper EVO, Turbo Levo (Carbon) or Turbo Tero bikes
- Accessories: e-Bike range extender battery, any CO2-based product
Pick up in store and Specialized delivery is not available.
