How does the Specialized discount work?

It's pretty simple, your clients can sign up in a few simple steps

Have a qualifying plan

Your client will need a qualifying health or life insurance plan

Get discount code

Once your client has registered, they can generate their code from the Specialized page on our Member app

Pick a bike

They can then access the Specialized shop through our app, select the bike they want and enter their discount code at checkout

Personal health insurance plans
Business health insurance plans excluding Vitality Essentials
Corporate health insurance plans or trust schemes with Vitality Plus or Select benefits

What is the Vitality Specialized Benefit?
Eligible Vitality* members who hold a qualifying Vitality plan will be eligible for certain Vitality discounts on selected Specialized bikes and accessories. Vitality discounts can only be redeemed online once every 12 months. So, eligible members can only use the discount again 12 months after their last redemption.

What are the Vitality discounts available under this Benefit?

The Bike Discount
A 25% discount on one full-priced Specialized bike or a 15% discount on one full-priced Specialized Turbo e-Bike.

Discounts can only be redeemed from a selected range once every 12 months. Discounts cannot be redeemed on Specialized S-Works, Tarmac, Roubaix, Shiv, Status, Stumpjumper EVO, Turbo Levo (Carbon), Turbo Tero bike range.

Discounts are not available on sale items or in conjunction with any other promotional offer by Specialized.

The Accessory Discounts
If purchased at the same time as a discounted bike, eligible members can redeem a 25% discount on accessories. This discount can be redeemed once every 12 months.

If purchased without a discounted bike, members can redeem a 15% discount on accessories. There is no limit to how many times the 15% discount can be redeemed.

Both accessory discounts cannot be redeemed on Turbo e-Bike range extender batteries or any CO2-based products.

What is a qualifying Vitality plan for the Vitality Specialized Benefit?

Any of the following Vitality plans:

a VitalityHealth Personal Healthcare plan;
a VitalityHealth Business Healthcare plan;
a VitalityHealth Corporate Healthcare plan or Healthcare Trust;
a VitalityLife plan with Vitality Plus or Vitality Select benefits;
a Vitality at Work plan;

If eligible members have more than one plan with Vitality, they will still only be eligible for one discount every 12 months.

Are there any other conditions that apply to the Vitality Specialized Benefit?

Yes, the following conditions also apply to the Vitality Specialized Benefit:

All members on qualifying Vitality Health or Life plans will be able to redeem the discount.
Members aged 18 or over need to have completed their Vitality Health Profile within their current plan year. A plan is year is defined as a period of 12 months from the plan start date or from any annual renewal date.
Children on a plan are eligible for the discount, however either the principal member on the plan, or their partner/spouse, must have completed their Health Profile. To claim the benefit for children, the child’s membership number and date of birth must be used.
Discounts can only be redeemed on online purchases at www.Specialized.com. No discount can be redeemed on in-store purchases.
Eligible members can receive their purchase by free home delivery.
Specialized do not currently deliver to the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
A discount code generated for a bike purchase will be valid for six months from the date it is generated.
Discounts cannot be redeemed on items included in any other Specialized promotion or special offer.
Members acknowledge that all items purchased under this benefit are for their own personal use and gifting or selling any purchased item is not permitted.
Vitality reserves the right to amend or withdraw this benefit at any time.
All items purchased under this benefit are also subject to Specialized’s terms and conditions.
Vitality are not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions or defaults of Specialized.

Your client can only use their discount on one new bike or Turbo e-Bike every 12 months even if they have more than one Vitality plan. Applies to full priced items and online only. Excludes S-Works, Tarmac, Roubaix, Shiv, Status, Stumpjumper EVO, Turbo Levo (Carbon) or Turbo Tero bikes.

Delivery is currently to mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight only. Pick up in store is not available.

25% off accessories applies when bought with the new bike, otherwise a 15% discount will apply. The e-Bike range extender battery and any CO2-based product are not included.
