Next level rewards

Our enhanced experience will help your clients engage with their health or life insurance plan and get healthier. 

When your clients earn their activity points, they'll now be able to:

  • Pick weekly rewards - they can choose what rewards work best for them every week - and get them instantly
  • Play for extra rewards - they can unlock up to three rewards from a new range of brands. And some old favourites. At least one reward a month is theirs when they play each week.2

They could also save over £500 worth of rewards1 every year, when they pick a reward every week and play at least one monthly reward.

Plus, as part of the Vitality Programme, we're now offering our members 25% off all fitness gear at Gymshark.3

Enhanced weight management support

The Vitality Programme includes Next Best Action - personalised pathways to help members improve, and maintain, their health.

 

  • We're the first major UK insurer to cover medicated weight management as part of our health and life insurance plans
  • From March 2025, we're enhancing our weight management pathway to include discounts on clinically proven weight management medications (for eligible clients)

For health insurance clients

Vitality has already led the market by providing Talking Therapies as a core benefit to clients with health insurance. And, now we're giving clients more choice in how they support their mental health on an every day basis:

  • From April 2025, your clients will get 24/7 access to over 150 evidence-based exercises, designed by psychologists and curated to meet their specific needs - all online
  • This enhancement is part of your clients' health insurance core cover, and it won’t count as a claim on their plan

Helping employers build healthier businesses

Our most recent Britain's Healthiest Workplace findings4, revealed the loss of workplace productivity has doubled over the past 10 years.

From May 2025, we'll be launching Employee Challenges. It's a new feature, that encourages employees to get more active and motivate each other.

  •  Employers set up challenges like achieving steps to a virtual destination
  •  Employees can create teams, join teams or enjoy individually
  •  They earn trophies, badges, bonuses and more in their challenges

Ease of doing business

We're making the the underwriting system quicker and more efficient:

  • Giving you and your clients immediate decisions on applications
  • Immediate processing of lengthy GP reports - and accepting more client-supplied evidence, so we're less reliant on GPs

And we've built a new claims system. Claimants will receive payments much quicker, reducing the time to settle a claim.

Adviser Zone 

Here, it’ll be easier for health advisers to view your portfolio, search for schemes, and make changes to plans. Plus, you’ll be able to quote and requote online, as much as possible. 

Employer Zone

This is our new platform where group contacts of business and corporate schemes will be able to launch our new Employee Challenges, see insights on the health and engagement of their staff. And make changes to their scheme, like adding or removing members.
