Clients can get up to 25% cashback on selected Waitrose & Partners Good Health products, when they look after their physical wellbeing

Eating well is a key ingredient to being healthy. To make it easier and more rewarding, we’re giving your clients cashback on healthy food.
Waitrose & Partners is one of our Active Reward partners. Which means we regularly reward your clients when they take care of their physical wellbeing.
We’ll give your clients between 10% and 40% cashback with Waitrose & Partners. The amount of cashback they’ll get will depend on their plans, and how many activity points they earn each month.
Please note, a monthly spend cap applies of £100 for individual plans, or £200 for plans with two or more adult members.
Your clients could earn £150 each year
This cashback can help to offset the cost of your client’s plan. It’s a no brainer.
This saving example is based on a Platinum member with an individual health insurance plan who has earned 160 or more activity points in a month. With an annual spending amount based on a healthy food spend of £50 per month. Details correct as of March 2024.
How to earn cashback
It's pretty simple, maintain healthy habits and get regularly rewarded
Have a qualifying plan
Your client will need a qualifying health plan, life insurance plan or both
Look after their health
Once they've registered on our Member app and connected an activity tracking device, they just need to earn activity points
Shop Good Heath products
Your clients will be eligible for cashback on selected Good Health products* that they add to their Waitrose & Partners shop
Receive cashback
Depending on how many activity points they've earned,. your clients will get their cashback in the month after they ordered the shop
*All drinks in the Good Health range, except for milk and milk substitutes, are excluded from this offer
What plans qualify for the cashback?

25% maximum cashback
Your client can earn a maximum of 25% cashback when they have one of the following plans:
- Personal health insurance plan
- Business health insurance plan excluding Vitality at Work
- Corporate health insurance plan or trust scheme with Vitality Plus benefits
- Any life insurance plan with Optimiser, Vitality Plus benefits and a minimum monthly premium of £45
40% maximum cashback
Your client can earn a maximum of 40% cashback when they have:
- A personal health insurance plan, or
- A business health insurance plan excluding Vitality at Work, or
- A corporate health insurance plan or trust scheme with Vitality Plus benefits
AND
- A life insurance plan with Optimiser, Vitality Plus benefits and a minimum monthly premium of £45

Cashback is available on Waitrose Good Health products online and in-store, excluding drinks, and is based on the Vitality activity points earned in the previous month.
Online purchases have a minimum spend of £40 and a delivery charge will apply. A monthly spend cap applies of £100 for individual plans, or £200 for plans with two or more adult members.
To use the benefit, your clients will need to register for a myWaitrose card and link it to their Vitality membership.
