Your client will be assigned a personal case manager who will:
- Help your client understand possible treatment pathways
- Provide information about our NHS Hospital Cash Benefit
- Support your clients in understanding the medical advice they have received
- And offer emotional support

Treatment
We'll ensure your client has access to the best available medical treatment. Including, private hospitals in the UK and thousands of clinical specialists.
Support
Your client will get their own care consultant, who will be a direct point of contact. They'll offer support for them and their family through the entire journey
Ongoing
Whether your client has completed their treatment, or they need further care, their personal care consultant will help them understand the next stop and their options
Our Vitality Care extends to recovery
Following treatment, cancer patients will be offered a place on a group-based retreat at the Champneys resort in Tring, Hertfordshire.
This will include:
- Relaxation - one overnight stay, access to the onsite spa facilities and one complimentary spa treatment
- Support - three group therapy sessions with experts in nutrition, physiotherapy and mind health
- Nutrition - four nourishing meals across your Champneys stay
