Vitality Care is a doctor led service made up of individuals who are understanding and empathetic towards the requirements of any patient. Personal case managers are on hand to offer peace of mind and help your clients understand the advice they’ve been given.
We're there every step of the way
Treatment
The Vitality Care Consultant will make sure your client has access to the best available medical care and treatment, within the terms and conditions of their plan. This includes leading private hospitals in the UK and thousands of clinical specialists.
Support
Your client will get their own dedicated Care Consultant, a direct point of contact in the Vitality Care team, to support them throughout their treatment journey. Care Consultants understand their situation and provide support for them and their family through what can be a difficult time.
Ongoing
Once active treatment is complete, the claim will be passed back to our Member Care team to manage any ongoing follow-up care. If the condition progresses to a stage where cover will no longer be available, their Care Consultant will be able to support them during this difficult time and discuss continuing care options.
Vitality Care at Champneys
Following treatment, cancer patients will be offered a place on a group-based retreat at the Champneys resort in Tring, Hertfordshire. Champneys Tring resort is an outstanding health resort in the heart of Hertfordshire, steeped in history, set in 170 acres of rolling parkland.
Champneys specialise in health and wellbeing, offering exceptionally high standards of both service and care. Meaning they can help your clients with:
- Relaxation– an overnight stay and two full days access to spa facilities
- Recovery – group-based and one-on-one consultations to help manage the psychological, physical and emotional side effects that often come with treatment and recovery
- Support – as a group-based retreat, your clients will receive the support of other patients who also know what it is to experience a similar journey
