How to unlock Active Rewards
Weekly Pick
When your client earns at least 12 activity points in a week, they’ll get to pick two rewards from the following Monday. They can pick between:
- Caffè Nero - a handcrafted drink (Vitality Plus members) or 50% off a handcrafted drink (Vitality Select members)
- itsu - 25% off a freshly-made meal
- ODEON or Vue - 50% off a cinema ticket
Your clients will need to pick their rewards, and use them, by the Sunday of the same week.

4-Week Streak
Your clients with a Vitality Plus plan can unlock rewards for consistently getting active. When they earn at least 12 activity points a week for 4 weeks in a row, they can choose two rewards from:
Rewards unlock from the Monday after your client hits a 4-week Streak. They’ll have 28 days to choose and use their rewards.

Play for monthly rewards
On top of their Weekly Pick and 4-weekly Streak Rewards, your clients with a Vitality Plus plan also have the chance to play for extra rewards each month, when they earn at least 12 activity points a week
Rewards unlock from the last Monday of the month. Your clients can choose their rewards by Sunday of the same week they’ve unlocked them and then use them within 30 days.

Get moving
Your clients need to earn 12 activity points to pick their weekly rewards. Vitality Plus members can unlock Streak Rewards when they keep moving and play for extra rewards each month
Sync their points
Different activity trackers connect to our app in different ways. Be sure your clients log into our app every Sunday to make sure their points are up to date
Get rewarded
From Monday each week, they can pick their favourite rewards in the app. And Vitality Plus members can keep moving to earn Streak Rewards and play for more.
