Does your client need a new holiday read? Maybe they want to buy a gift for their loved one? They may just want to stock up on some household essentials. Whatever it is, Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards can bring almost anything right to their doorstep.

When your client earns activity points for getting active, they can play in the Vitality UK app every week to find and collect Stanleys. Depending on how many they collect, they’ll be able to choose:

£5 gift card when they find and collect 8 Stanleys in a month
£10 gift card when they find and collect 10 Stanleys in a month

Your client will need a plan with Vitality Plus benefits to play in our app and choose the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card reward.

How can they get an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card?

Join Vitality

Your client will need a qualifying health or life insurance plan with Vitality Plus benefits

Get moving

They need to earn 12 activity points a week through everyday steps, gym visits and workouts. And then log in to the Vitality UK app regularly to sync their points

Play weekly

Your client should log in to our app every week and use their Weekly Play to find and collect Stanleys

Choose Amazon.co.uk Gift Card

They need to find at least eight Stanleys in a month to be able to choose an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card from the last Monday of the month

Which plans qualify for this reward?

Health plans

Your clients will need one of the following plans to be able to enjoy the Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards reward:

Personal health insurance (excluding Vitality Health Lite plans)
Business health insurance (excluding Vitality at Work plans and Vitality Essentials)
Corporate health insurance or trust schemes with Vitality Plus benefits

Life insurance

Your client’s life insurance plan will need to include the following to be eligible for the Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards reward:

Optimiser
A minimum monthly premium of £45 for single life plans, or £60 for joint life plans
A monthly fee of £5.50 per adult, to enjoy our rewards

Once your client chooses Amazon.co.uk Gift Card as their reward at the end of the month, your client will find their voucher code in the Vitality UK app.

They’ll then need to sign into their Amazon.co.uk account, navigate to the ‘Payments’ section of ‘Your Account’ to add their Gift Card. They’ll need to insert the voucher code from the Vitality UK app to redeem their Gift Card.

Your client will have 30 days from choosing the Amazon.co.uk reward to redeem their Gift Card.

Your clients can choose the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card as their reward from the last Monday of the month – if they’ve found and collected at least eight Stanleys over the month.

They’ll need to redeem and add it to their Amazon.co.uk account within 30 days of choosing it in the Vitality UK app.

The expiry of your clients’ gift card is subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions. They should be able to see the expiry date in their Amazon.co.uk account.

1. The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions. You must be a Vitality Plus member to qualify for this benefit, and must meet all qualifying criteria below.
2. For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
  a. Active means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
  b. Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity as recognised by Vitality;
  c. Amazon.co.uk means AMAZON EU SARL UK Branch, with its registered office at 1 Principal Place, Worship Street, London, EC2A 2FA, and registered number BR017427;
  d. Completion Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4 to be completed by the Eligible Members to receive a Voucher;
  e. Eligible Member(s) means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plan who:
  i. is a resident of the United Kingdom or a British Crown Dependency;
  ii. is registered on the Member Zone;
  iii. has completed their Health Profile; and
  iv. has met the Completion Criteria;
  f. Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
  g. Member Zone means the online portal available to members of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality Plan terms and other information relevant to their Vitality Plan;
  h. Plan Year means normally, the initial twelve-month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve-month period thereafter. Where there is a change in plan holder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under;
  i. Play or Play(ed) means a game in the Vitality UK App available for Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week. Eligible Members who have achieved a Qualifying Week will be able to Play in the subsequent week to find up to four (4) ‘Stanleys’ to give them a chance to unlock Rewards via the Reward Mall, which is capped at three (3) Rewards per calendar month. Further information about the Play feature can be found here:
  j. Rewards means the monthly Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members who have Played including, but not limited to, an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher;
  k. Reward Mall means the screen within the Vitality UK App where Eligible Members who have Played can select their Rewards from, available for one (1) week from the last Monday of each calendar month;
  l. Vitality means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife;
  m. Vitality Plan means a VitalityLife Plan and/or a VitalityHealth Plan;
  n. VitalityHealth Plan means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality. This includes the following plans only;
  i. a personal healthcare plan;
  ii. a business healthcare plan;
  iii. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus; or
  iv. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus;
  but excluding ‘Vitality at Work Business’, ‘Vitality at Work Essentials’ and ‘Vitality Health Lite’ products.
  o. VitalityLife Plan means a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme administered and arranged by Vitality with Vitality Plus;
  p. Vitality Plus means the benefit called “Vitality Plus” which is included on certain personal and business VitalityHealth plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth plans and VitalityLife plans for an additional fee;
  q. Vitality Programme means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
  r. Vitality UK App means the Vitality member app which is available on the ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme;
  s. Voucher(s) means an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher only able to be redeemed or used on a purchase from Amazon.co.uk, of one of the following denominations:
  i. £5 Voucher means an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card with a relative value of £5 which may only be used at Amazon.co.uk.
  ii. £10 Voucher means an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card with a relative value of £10 which may only be used at Amazon.co.uk.
  t. Voucher Wallet means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their Vouchers and/or Rewards once selected;
3. Eligible Members must earn 12 Activity Points in a calendar week, being 12:00am Monday to 11:59pm Sunday ( a ”Qualifying Week”), to enable them to Play from the Monday immediately following a Qualifying Week.
4. The Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit will only be available to members with Vitality Plus and is only available via the Play function. Provided that an Eligible Member has achieved at least two (2) Qualifying Weeks in a month and has Played for each of those Qualifying Weeks, Eligible Members may unlock the Voucher as follows;
  a. From the last Monday of each calendar month;
  i. Eligible Members who have found at least eight (8) ‘Stanleys’ via the Play function in that month will be able to select a £5 Voucher plus another Reward within the Reward Mall; or
  ii. Eligible Members who have found at least ten (10) ‘Stanleys’ via the Play function in that month will be able to select a £10 Voucher plus two other Reward(s) within the Reward Mall; and
  iii. The Reward Mall will open, and will remain open until 11:59pm on the following Sunday (in that same week). If a Reward(s) is not selected from the Reward Mall during this period, Members will no longer be able to select any Rewards they have unlocked. One (1) £5 Voucher or £10 Voucher in each month may be selected;
  b. If an Eligible Member selects a Voucher within their Reward Mall, this will be stored in the Voucher Wallet immediately and redeemable with Amazon.co.uk for 30 days following the Voucher being selected. Upon expiry of the Voucher at the end of the 30 days, it will no longer be available for use.
  (the “Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit”)
5. The Voucher(s) are subject to the following conditions:
  a. The Vouchers are for an Eligible Member’s personal use and may not be (or attempted to be re-sold or re-gifted to any other individual);
  b. The Vouchers will be subject to Amazon.co.uk’s own terms and conditions;
  c. Subject to clause 11 the Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by Amazon.co.uk in relation to the Vouchers.
7. Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Vouchers from being a Reward) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
8. Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points or is otherwise unable to take up this Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
9. Vitality will not be liable for any lost Vouchers, including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind.
10. Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit with other rewards, voucher(s) or benefits of a similar value.
12. Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
14. Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit as the promoter.
15. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the Play function, the Play terms and conditions shall prevail.
16. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by taking part in the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card Voucher Benefit, Eligible Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
