Your clients can choose a meal from a range of Italian classics every 4 weeks, when they keep moving.

The Carluccio's reward will be removed from the Vitality Programme from 30th March 2026.

This means that after this date, your clients will no longer be able to choose it after they hit a 4-week Streak. If they choose the Carluccio's reward before this date, their voucher will still be valid for 28 days as per our usual validity periods and will still be available to view and use in their Vitality Wallet until its expiry date.

When your client earns at least 12 activity points for 4 weeks in a row, they can choose a meal from Carluccio’s range of Italian classics.

They’ll need a plan with Vitality Plus benefits to choose this reward.

How can they get the Carluccio's reward?

Your client will need a qualifying health plan or life insurance plan with Vitality Plus benefits

Get moving

They need to earn at least 12 activity points a week for 4 weeks in a row. And then log in to the Vitality UK app regularly to sync their points

Which plans qualify for this reward?

Health plans

Your clients will need one of the following plans to be able to enjoy the Carluccio’s reward:

Personal health insurance (excluding Vitality Health Lite plans)
Business health insurance (excluding Vitality at Work plans and Vitality Essentials)
Corporate health insurance or trust scheme with Vitality Plus benefits

Life insurance

Your client’s life insurance plan will need to include the following to be eligible for the Carluccio’s reward:

Optimiser
A minimum monthly premium of £45 for single life plans, or £60 for joint life plans
A monthly fee of £5.50 per adult, to enjoy our rewards

Weekly Pick

If they earn 12 activity points in a week, they’ll be able to choose two from the following:

50% off a cinema ticket at ODEON or Vue
25% off a freshly made meal at itsu, and;
A weekly reward at Caffè Nero

Streak Rewards

For clients with Vitality Plus, if they earn at least 12 activity points a week, for 4 weeks in a row, they can choose two rewards from:

Rewards unlock from the Monday after your client hits a 4-week Streak. They have 28 days to choose and use them. If they miss a week, their streak resets the following week.

Weekly Play

For clients with Vitality Plus, if they play weekly, they’ll be able to choose at least one reward every month.

The maximum number of rewards available in a month, is three.

1. The Carluccio’s Benefit is open to all Eligible Members who comply with these terms and conditions. You must be a Vitality Plus member to qualify for this benefit, and must meet all qualifying criteria below.
For the purpose of these terms and conditions the following definitions apply;
a. Active means that a Vitality Plan has no unpaid premiums, has not lapsed and has not been cancelled by the Eligible Member or by Vitality;
b. Active Week(s)means the calendar week, commencing at 12:00am Monday and ending on 11:59pm Sunday, during which an Eligible Member earns 12 Activity Points, or a lower threshold as determined by Vitality if applicable. Only Activity Points earned during that period count towards the weekly goal for the purpose of unlocking a 4-Week Streak. c. Activity Points means activity-based points that have been awarded to an Eligible Member through the Vitality Programme for participating in physical activity as recognised by Vitality
d. Carluccio's means Carluccio’s (UK) Limited, the company (registered number 12040028) with a registered office at 2nd Floor Colmore Court, 9 Colmore Row, Birmingham, England, B3 2BJ;
e. Carluccio's Benefit means the benefit provided by Vitality to Eligible Members under the Vitality Programme in accordance with these terms and Conditions to receive a Free Meal Voucher;
f. Eligible Members(s) means anyone 18 years old and over with an Active Vitality Plan who:
i. is a resident of the United Kingdom or a British Crown Dependency;
ii. is registered on the Member Zone;
iii. has completed their Health Profile;
iv. iv. achieves a 4-Week Streak a reference to 'you' in these terms and conditions also means an Eligible Member;
g. 4-Week Streak means the achievement by Eligible Members who have maintained four (4) Active Weeks in a row, after which those Eligible Members may, via the Vitality UK App, select and unlock two Rewards in accordance with these terms and conditions. h. Free Meal Voucher(s): means a voucher for a free Meal available to use at any Carluccio’s restaurant in the UK except for Marriot hotel restaurants, airport restaurants and Caffè Carluccio’s;
i. Health Profile means the feature within the Vitality UK App which shows Vitality members a clear picture of their current health with tips on how to improve it, following Vitality members completing an online health questionnaire in their current Plan Year;
j. Meal means any ‘main meal’ on the Carluccio’s menu from the following categories:
i. Pasta
ii. Risotto
iii. Mains
iv. Grills
and excludes:
v. Breakfasts
vi. all drinks
vii. Steaks
viii. 'menu specials'
ix. meals from any set or seasonal menus
k. Plus Benefit means the online portal available to members of Vitality (via personalised login) which allows them to review their Vitality Plan terms and other information relevant to their Vitality Plan;
l. Qualifying Week(s) means normally, the initial twelve-month period beginning on the start date of a member’s Vitality Plan and ending on the first anniversary of that start date and each subsequent twelve-month period thereafter. Where there is a change in planholder or in some other circumstances, the start and end of the Plan Year may change despite a person remaining covered under a Vitality Plan at all times, giving a period of greater or less than twelve months accordingly. However, a Plan Year will always commence from the commencement date as shown on any plan documentation of a plan which a person is covered under;
m. Rewards means the Vitality partner rewards available for selection by Eligible Members who have unlocked a 4-Week Streak including, but not limited to, the Free Meal Voucher as part of the Vitality Programme;
n. Select Benefit means Vitality Corporate Services Limited (registered number 05933141) of 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ trading as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife. A reference to ‘we’ in these terms and conditions also means Vitality;
o. Selecting Week(s) means a private medical insurance plan or healthcare trust administered and arranged by Vitality. This includes the following plans only;
i. a personal healthcare plan;
i. a business healthcare plan;
i. a corporate healthcare plan with Vitality Plus; or;
i. a corporate healthcare trust with Vitality Plus;

but excluding 'Vitality at Work', 'Vitality at Work Essentials' and 'Vitality Health Lite' products.

p. Vitality a non-investment long term insurance contract or trust scheme, administered by Vitality with Vitality Plus;
q. VitalityHealth Plan means a VitalityLife Plan and/or a VitalityHealth Plan as defined above;
r. VitalityLife Plan means the benefit called “Vitality Plus” which is included on certain personal and business VitalityHealth Plans and can be added to corporate VitalityHealth Plans and VitalityLife Plans for an additional fee;
s. Vitality Plan means the benefits programme administered by Vitality pursuant to which members are offered a range of wellness and lifestyle related Rewards;
t. Vitality Plus means the Vitality member app which is available on the ‘App Store’ for Apple devices or ‘Google Play’ for Android devices and allows Vitality members to manage their Vitality Plan and engage with the Vitality Programme;
u. Vitality Plus Members means the e-wallet within the Vitality UK App where an Eligible Member can store their vouchers and Rewards once selected.
Provided that an Eligible Member has achieved a 4-Week Streak, Eligible Members will be eligible to select up to two Rewards, only one of which may include the Free Meal Voucher.
We will unlock your Rewards:
a. on a Monday immediately following a 4-Week Streak; or
b.if all Activity Points have not been awarded by the end of a week, as soon as 12 Activity Points have been awarded to you for the preceding week (meaning you have achieved an Active Week for the preceding week)
If you select the Free Meal Voucher, it will be saved and accessible within your Voucher Wallet.
The Free Meal Voucher will be available for selection and redemption for four weeks. This four-week period will start from the immediate Monday after you have achieved a 4-Week Streak and are therefore eligible to select your Reward(s) until 11:59pm on the Sunday of the fourth week regardless of the actual day on which you select the Reward(s). Therefore, you must both select and use your chosen Rewards within this same four-week period.
With respect to clause 6 above, if for example you select the Free Meal Voucher at 11:58pm on the Sunday of the fourth week, the Free Meal Voucher will still expire and be unavailable for use after 11:59pm on that same Sunday. If the Free Meal Voucher is not selected within this period, you will not be able to select it again until you achieve another 4-Week Streak.

General

An Eligible Member’s use of the Free Meal Vouchers will be subject to the following conditions:
a. An Eligible Member may only select one (1) Free Meal Voucher per 4-Week Streak achieved;
b. The Free Meal Vouchers will be subject to Carluccio’s own terms and conditions, which Vitality will notify Eligible Members of;
c. Eligible Members must notify Carluccio’s staff in advance of their intended use of the Free Meal Voucher;
d. The Free Meal Voucher will apply to the most expensive Meal on the bill;
e. The Free Meal Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer;
f. The Free Meal Voucher may not be used on click and collect orders or other delivery services;
g. Subject to clause 14, the Free Meal Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash;
h. The Free Meal Voucher(s) are for an Eligible Member’s personal use and may not be (or attempted to be) re-sold or re-gifted to any other individual.
Vitality is not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions, or defaults by Carluccio’s in relation to the Free Meal Vouchers.
Vitality reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including extending or withdrawing the Carluccio’s Benefit) on the provision of written notice or via Vitality’s website (vitality.co.uk).
Vitality is not responsible in the event that an Eligible Member is unable to earn Activity Points, or is otherwise unable to take up this Carluccio’s Benefit, for any reason that is outside of Vitality’s control.
Vitality will not be liable for any lost Free Meal Voucher(s), including but not limited to, where an Eligible Member has changed their contact details and failed to notify Vitality of this change, any technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure or network or server failure of any kind.
Any decisions made by Vitality over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Carluccio’s Benefit are final and will not be open to dispute. Such decisions are made at Vitality’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Vitality reserves the right to substitute the Free Meal Vouchers or Carluccio’s Benefit with another voucher(s) or benefit of similar values.
Vitality reserves the right to refuse to award the Free Meal Vouchers to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
All personal data of Eligible Members will be held and used by Vitality for the purpose of promoting this Carluccio’s Benefit in accordance with Vitality’s privacy notice (which can be found on https://www.vitality.co.uk/privacy/) and data protection legislation.
Vitality is the party legally responsible for this Carluccio’s Benefit as the promoter.
Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions covering the 4-Week Streak function, the 4-Week Streak terms and conditions shall prevail.
19. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by taking part in the Carluccio’s Benefit, Eligible Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts and tribunals with regard to any dispute or claim arising under these terms and conditions.
