It’s not always easy to make healthy choices when you’re on the go. So, we’re here to make it easier – and tastier – for your clients.

When your client earns points for getting active, they can pick the itsu reward in the Vitality UK app every week. And if they have Vitality Plus they can choose further rewards.

They can choose a meal on us every 4 weeks when they hit a 4-week Streak. On top of this, they can get an additional 25% off a meal each month when they keep moving and Play every week.

Depending on their plan, your clients can choose:

  • Weekly - 25% off any freshly-made main meal at itsu every week
  • Every 4 weeks - Clients with Vitality Plus can choose an itsu meal entirely on us, every 4 weeks when they hit a 4-week Streak
  • Monthly - And clients with Vitality Plus can play weekly to choose 25% off a freshly made meal, every month.

Which plans qualify for this reward?

Health plans

All your clients will be eligible for the 25% weekly discount at itsu if their plan has Vitality Select or Vitality Plus benefits.

To be eligible for the meal on us, through Streak Rewards, and the additional 25% off a freshly made meal every month, your client will need:

  • Personal health insurance (excluding Vitality Health Lite plans)
  • Business health insurance (excluding Vitality at Work plans and Vitality Essentials)
  • Corporate health insurance or trust scheme with Vitality Plus benefits

Life insurance

All your clients will be eligible for the 25% weekly discount at itsu if their plan has Vitality Select benefits.

To be eligible for the meal on us, through Streak Rewards, and the additional 25% off a freshly made meal every month, your client will need a life insurance plan with:

  • Optimiser
  • A minimum monthly premium of £45 for single life plans, or £60 for joint life plans
  • A monthly fee of £5.50 per adult to enjoy rewards
